Follow These Easy Steps!

1. Fill out the Service Card using the link below and list any information that can help us repair your radio. This will save you money and reduce bench time.
   
2. Pack your radio(s) and any accessories for shipping. Send all necessary accessories, these items may play a part in your problem. Be sure to include your completed service card. Also include Proof of Purchase for warranty verification if not purchased from TBS Electronics, Inc. or if an extended warranty was purchased.
   
3. Ship Your Radio To:

4. COD packages will not be accepted by TBS Electronics, Inc..
   
5. Your package will be delivered to our Topeka facility, repaired and returned as quickly as possible.

Ship Them To Us Free

1. Call us at 1-800-530-5550 and we will mail you a pre-addressed UPS RS Shipping Label. This label will allow you to ship your radio to TBS Electronics, Inc. free of charge.
   
2. Attach the shipping label to the box. Retain the bottom portion of the label and save it as your tracking receipt.
   
3. Give your box to any UPS driver, take it to a UPS shipping center, or leave it with a business that ships or receives UPS packages. Other drop-off locations are: Mailboxes, Etc., The Packaging Store, Pak Mail, Post Net, and Postal Annex.
   
4. COD packages will not be accepted by TBS Electronics, Inc..
   
5. Your package will be delivered to our Topeka facility, free of charge, repaired and returned as quickly as possible.
